Internship Experience
Warm Greetings
Dear Connections and Readers,
Completing my first offline internship at Listening Ears - Oishi Care was a rewarding experience in pediatric child care. Over a month, I worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Hearing Impairment (HI), gaining hands-on exposure to therapeutic techniques in Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Speech & Language, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also participated in case history taking, screenings, and report preparation.
Working alongside incredible mentors like Dr. Tanya Anthwal and Dr. Bakul Chaudhary, as well as fellow interns Dhhruv Sachdeva, Aditya Shandilya, and Anjali Kumari, enriched my learning. This experience strengthened my passion for clinical psychology and neuropsychology. While interacting with differently-abled children was deeply emotional, the joy they brought made every moment invaluable. This internship reaffirmed my decision to pursue psychology as a profession.
Hoping the best for everyone reading this post. Regards ✨✨

I attended an internship at this clinic. It’s a very nice setting, with availability of various activities and apparatus to aid children. The Educators and Therapists were really cooperative and nice. The children were also really lovely and fun to interact with. It was overall a great experience.
